Transactions not Recording

Hi, I am using an off line company file on MYOB AccountRight.

I have attempted to enter receive money and spend money transactions, but they will not record.

I have backed up the file and restarted my laptop but still no success.

 

Any suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with recording Receive Money and Spend Money transactions in your offline company file.

     

    Please double-check the date filters for the transactions, as this might be causing the issue. Additionally, are you seeing any error messages or prompts when trying to record the transactions? If yes, you can visit MYOB Help and search for the error message to find troubleshooting steps.

     

    If the issue persists, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can assist you further.
