I noticed the transactions were recorded under this liability category (2-9997 Loan related Entities) which was inactive at the time. Even though I recorded them under different category (e.g. Sales). I can see them from the balance of 2-9997 account. However when I click into each transactions it is coded as different account code(e.g. Sales). Can you advise how I can remove those liability account?

Looks like those transactions ended up under the inactive liability category because the categories might be linked incorrectly, either from the item list or some default settings in MYOB. These linked categories literally decide where transactions get placed, so it's worth double-checking that every function in MYOB has the right category attached. For more info check out this link.
