Alot of people are having the same problem. The error showed up yesterday afternoon. Multiple people have reported it to MYOB through support on their account. However, we have had no action from MYOB as yet

I had same issue yesterday and today. I have a case number emailed to me , no other response or explanation.

I have had the same thing happen to me, yesterday & today (Jan31, Feb1). Tried laptop, desktop, changed from Wifi to hotspot & still the same error message. Very frustrating for EOM.

Same thing is happening to me this morning. I even tried logging in on a different computer and still not letting me assign categories. Hopefully MYOB will fix first thing Monday. Very frustrating.

Its really frustrating when MYOB know there is an error but do not post that they are working on it - like everyone else I tried to resolve it thinking it was a local issue - even to the point of downloading another browser.
MYOB Support communication is pretty awful.

Same, I am trying to post the insurance category and get the same message. The transactions are split between GST Fre and GST? have been trying for the hour!
