Why can't I 'recap' a Purchase Transaction when entering it using the Intray?

When I go to the Intray and select a document to enter as a new Purchase, I'm unable to recap the transaction.

 

I'd like to check the amounts that are posted to each account before entering but the recap function is greyed out in the Edit menu.

 

Does anyone know why?

    Hi Speld 

     

    If Recap transaction is greyed out under Edit, you can press Ctrl+R keys on your keyboard as that would recap the transaction as well. 

    Let us know if you have additional questoons on this.
