Hi there 

we are having trouble processing pays 
late yesterday & this morning - lets me record pay but then pin wheels for a long time & times out - therefore not processing - how do we fix this ? need to process 100 pays this morning so need assistance ASAP - thanks.

    Hey Ginny3,

     

    The spinning wheel and timeout needs a quick fix script to sort it out. The best way to tackle this is to jump onto Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. Someone from the team can help you and get those 100 pays rolling out smoothly.
