Change payroll period in AccountRight

Team,

 

Our bookkeeper has processed a pay run with the wrong pay period start date. The pay run has been submitted to ATO STP and has been accepted. I deleted the Electronic payment transaction and reversed the super payment transactions, but it still did not allow me to change the pay run period. How can I just change the pay period only instead of reversing the whole pay run? I have attached the screenshot of the payroll transaction for your convenience.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty in editing the pay period of your pay run. Unfortunately, there is no option to edit the pay period of a pay run. You will need to reverse and reprocess this. If you feel like editing a pay period of a recorded pay run should be a feature of the program, feel free to post this as a suggestion to the development team in the Product Ideas board.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
