ClockOn Payroll Integration

Hi there...once we integrate from ClockOn to MYOB timesheets, all is well until we get to the final stages and the hours worked change from 40 to 80. At first it was just one but over a period of time there are four employees that the hours double.

I have attached photos of the changes.

 

I received the following response from ClockOn this morning from:

 

"after further investigation, ClockOn is only exports the set amount of hours from the system, we suggest MYOB may be duplicating the hours in question, to look into the issue further we would suggest contacting the MYOB Support, we would however suggest it is most likely due to an automation rule in their system potentially."

 

Also, annual leave loading does not carry over from ClockOn...it shows on their side but does not show up on the MYOB side.

Clockon response:

 

"From what we are able to gather Clock On is also exported the Leave Loading however may be getting dropped off on the MYOB side."

 

Would greatly appreciate some assistance

    I see that you're facing a couple of issues between ClockOn and MYOB. Let's sort them out together!

     

    The reason for the hours from the ClockOn timesheet doubling up is because there might be hours entered in the employee's standard pay section in MYOB. Please check the employee's standard pay section and ensure there are no hours entered there. And for the annual leave loading, just make sure the setup in ClockOn matches what's set up in MYOB.

    Hi...I have made changes as mentioned in the standard pay section. Fingers crossed it works come pay day. Many thanks for that.

    I'm not sure how I am supposed to check if Clockon and MYOB leave loading is set up the same???

    We will wait until the next annual leave payment is due and take it up from there with both parties.

    Hi jill-cpe,

     

    Great to hear you’ve made the changes. To check if Clockon and MYOB leave loading are set up the same, you’ll want to compare the leave loading settings in both systems. Look at the percentages or amounts configured in each and make sure they match. Feel free to reach out if you need more help!
