MyobTeams

Hi, One of our staff has not been able to login to the timesheets, he has deleted the app and gone to reinstall but says he has an invalid email although this is the email we have on our accountsright.

How do we get him back up and running?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! 

    My apologies for the late response. I suggest removing and then re-inviting the employee. Ensure that the employee accepts the invitation before attempting to log in again.
