Not able to connect to Payroll Reporting Centre

Hi,

It's getting really frustrating with no solution coming from MYOB for the problem reported about not being able to connect to the Payroll Reporting system.
Had got in touch with the online help and they did guide me to the concerned team but after getting me to try out with changing the browser and editing settings, it did not help and was told that someone would get in touch which has never happened till date.
It's over a month now and I fail to understand if it would be that difficult an issue to fix.
Uploading the file online cannot be a solution as we are still with STP1.
Can someone also please let me know about the consequences of the payroll reports not getting reported to ATO .Would appreciate it if this issue gets resolved ASAP.

Regards,

Sanjay
  • Hi SanjayPandit

Investigations into the Something went wrong error when connecting to the STP reporting centre indicate that it is caused by out-of-date Windows versions and security certificates. To resolve that error we recommend making sure Windows and security updates are completed and that you are using a supported Windows version: System requirements

If the file is not online, you will need to put it online to set up and lodge STP Phase 2. This can also resolve that error as you're connecting to the ATO in an up-to-date browser.

Please let me know if you need further help.
