Payroll Liabilities Negative Amount

Question

Hi, I have a negative amount showing in the payroll liabilities deductions screen from an adjustment done in 2019 for employee reimbursements. Because it's negative, the record button is greyed out. Is there a way to remove it from the payroll liabilities screen?

Hi Earl,This doesn't work for this particular case as it is one negative figure so the record button is greyed out.

Negative transactions cannot be removed in the pay liabilities window. However, you can filter them out by adjusting the inclusive dates.

Thanks for the reply.&nbsp; I guess I have to put up with the Payroll Liabilities Reconciliation Exceptions report showing as out of balance forever.&nbsp; 😔
