Setting up Payroll Reporting

Question

I'm trying to set up payroll reporting through AccountRight ready for next year. I have two files, both of which are offline. One of them has let me assign payroll categories and connect to the ATO. The other file, when I click "Get Started" it comes up with an error saying "For Single Touch Payroll compliance, you'll need to have an online company file." I'm not quite sure why I could set it up on one file but not the other? Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

It's possible that with your subscription you only have one file online, which is why this message is popping up.Can you please send me a Private Message containing:

Serial number
Business name
The company file ID (Found under Help &gt; About MYOB)

&nbsp;
And I will be able to investigate further for you.
