Hi, I have changed an employee from casual to full time. The system has added annual leave, back dated to the beginning of the financial year which of course they are not entitled to. How can I adjust this in the system to start at a 0 value?

You're spot on— changing an employee from casual to full time can result in leave being backdated to start of the financial year, which adds extra hours they're not entitled to. To fix this, you can run a $0 pay for the employee and enter the leave adjustment as negative hours. That'll bring the balance to zero and set things right moving forward.
