hello, we use Time Biling, enter Activity Slip, Enter Multiple Slips for staff to eneter timesheet hours for various jobs/clients. Does anyone know how to copy a line item/entry so you do not have to re-type all again (to just change hours). We seem to have to enter each date line by line (single entry) where we may have multiple entries for the one client/job, but different hours, different days etc. Would be grateful for anyones assistance on this, thank you Sandy

I'm afraid that there isn't an option to quickly copy a line item/entry when entering activity slips in AccountRight. What you can consider instead is preparing an activity slip data file outside AccountRight, such as using Excel, then import it into AccountRight to save time and data entry.
I'd suggest following the guide in this Help article to prepare your import file: Using an import template. It's best to test with 2-3 transactions first before doing a big import batch, I'd also suggest backing up the company file before importing.
