Thank you for your post.
We appreciate you taking the time to express your concern to us. Concerning your timesheet not appearing on the web version, there are some software limitations that prohibit the full list of jobs from appearing when recording timesheets. We are in the process of maximizing the functionality available on the web version so we will be able to see an improvement in its capabilities in the future. In the meantime, you can still record timesheets with the relevant information from the software. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
