Hi JoWood,
Thanks for your post. It seems like some troubleshooting is needed. Could you please try deleting the location and re-entering it again in the Locations tab? This has resolved the issue for some users in the past.
Additionally, kindly delete the existing timesheet and then re-enter it before trying to submit it again. This step might help in resolving the problem. I would also recommend visiting these help article for more information : Getting started with MYOB Team
