budget load

Hi there,

 

I have loaded our budget using the online import tool, but when i Open the AccountRight app it is not loading.  Do the two systems talk to each other? Maybe I'm missing something really obvious! 

 

Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks for raising this, and we appreciate you providing the screenshots. We've also replicated the issue you're experiencing and observed the same results. The report is indeed showing a 0 value on the desktop but loads properly on the browser. In this case, we recommend reaching out to our backend team for further investigation.
