Constant error when uploading Data Batch

Hi,

 

I am trying to upload a data file into MYOB Accountright, but I keep getting an error log that says:

 

"Error -15: Account number not found in list of postable accounts."

 

But I ahve checked the data file and the acount numbers are correct and match what we have in MYOB.....any sugegstions on why it's doing this and how to make it accept the data would be greatly appreciated.

    You can get this error if the account numbers exist in the software but as header accounts or non postable accounts, as transactions can only be coded to the postable accounts. Please change the account number if that's the case and let us know if the issue still exists.
