Transfer liability account funds held in bank account to a new Term Deposit Account

We have a trust fund bank account which holds funds on behalf of a project which is shown as a liability account on the balance sheet. I am needing assistance on how to show the deposit transfer of the project liability account funds held in the main trust bank account to a new term deposit account that has been setup. 

I have gone to do a normal bank transfer entry from the main bank account to the new term deposit account however it doesn't allow you to show that the funds being taken from the project liability account.
