Why is there no data in my Prepare BAS

When I tried to do my BAS (using manually option). All the fields except PAYG are empty.  All months in the quarter are reconciled.  I also spot checked past BAS quarters, but they don't contain any entries either.

    Hi Wolshaz,

     

    If your BAS reports aren't pre-filling any information from the software, it's likely because the BAS fields aren't set up correctly. I recommend opening the BAS settings window and configuring the activity statement fields. The window should look similar to the screenshot provided.

    I have been doing the BAS for a few years and the info has always prepopulated, so the set up must have been there for those.  

     

    I would appreciate any help you could give.

    How do I get to the BAS settings window?  If I click on the BAS info icon in the Prepare BAS tab I get this and I cannot find anything in the Setup tab.

    Unfortunately, I cannot find step 11 in the link, they only seem to go to 10.  This is also for lodging online (I think) and I do the manual BAS and then submit via the ATO website. 

     

    I have an appointment with my Accountant next Tuesday, so if I can't work it out by then I will see if she can sort it out for me (I guess).

    Since your BAS aren't pre-filling even after checking the settings and following the steps provided, it would be best to contact our support team directly. You can reach out to them via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Thank you Doreen,

     

    It appears to me that my BAS set up data has disappeared since last quarter.  Maybe in one of the updates since July.  This is extremely annoying.  I will get my Accountant to help with the set up in our next appointment.  Although I believe I should not have to, since the BAS had been working for a number of years.  Not sure what I am getting for my subscription $.
