I have reached out to the support team who have not been able to rectify this yet.
It is becoming very frustrating as I am now locked out of the Data File.

Getting locked out of your data file can indeed be frustrating. We’ve introduced a self-service confirmation for older products to save you some time and spare you from calling support. If that still doesn’t solve the issue, the best way to get back on track is by reaching out to our support team, as locked accounts can only be handled by our support pros. You can chat with our live agents via our virtual assistant MOCA or give us a ring using the phone number found on our website.
