Active Bank Feeds

HI, If a bank account in the Banking Hub does not show the bottom area that you put the bank account number in, this indicates that there cant be any bank feeds? Is this correct?

Also, i have another bank account where the Bank Account Type is empty, however the bottom area is filled in with bank account details? So this does have bank feeds? Thanks

    Hi TanyaBennett,

     

    No, all of them has no connection as long as the account is set up as Asset (Detail) and the category type is Bank Account. Even if the bank details section is showing at the bottom, that doesn't mean bank feeds can't be connected. The key thing to check is the connection status. If it says No bank connection, then there aren't any bank feeds set up for that account.     Hey TanyaBennett,

     

    You can pop the bank account BSB and account number in by opening the category in your Chart of Accounts and entering the details directly in the account setup window.
