Import Bank Transactions

I spend 40 mins on the phone to support yesterday and this morning have been trying to import bank transaction into MYOB classic GL made a template which was real confusing to follow and all I get repletely is now up to some foreign graphic and 5 entries could any one help with a template for NZ banks and what format told yesterday had to MYE or TXT no bank in NZ exports to that what a joke help anyone please
