Depending upon the age of the version and which operating Mac system you are using, you may be able to download the software from the downloads page here:
There are some versions of Account Edge that could be opened with the Classic versions of AccountRight on Windows but I don't know which version you have to say whether you could do this. Maybe MYOB has a solution for you if these are not options.
