My apologies. Currently, this can only be done in the desktop version of our software. The issue you're facing might be related to the migration process. To fix this, I recommend reaching out to our migration team so they can investigate this for you.

Thought that might be the case as the link you provided was only for Account Right desktop version
Perhaps MYOB need to do maintenance on the Pro's and Lites and up date them seeing as they are trying to sell them to book keepers etc
