Cannot change login (Login name already exists I116_30000)

Hi team,

 

Can you please help to change my login email address?

    I am having the same issue also, it would be great if the solution could be published to help everyone else encountering the same problem.  Can someone please help, I need this sorted ASAP

  • I am experiencing this issue as well.

    Part of the problem is that I have two myob profiles. I want to change the main login email to be the one currently being used by the second profile. Consequently, I attempted to change the login email on the second profile to be something not currently being used in any myob account, but I got the same "Cannot Change login" error message. Please can you contact me to fix this issue.

    Hi , I am also unable to change my main login email address. Can someone at MYOB please assist me to do so?

      Hi bradm30,

      If you don't see the 'Change Login' option, a user with Administrator access will need to create a new user and specify the new email address. An invitation will then be sent to the new email address. Please see this help page for more information. Change login email address

       

      If you're having issues, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly. You can contact them via Live Chat through our virtual assistant at  MOCA or by submitting a support case at  http://myaccount.myob.com/.
