customise forms
My ship to and deliver to addresses only have 4 lines in the customized form. I need to add a 5th line to both the billing address and shipping address in my form How do I do that?

Thanks Sai but I need to adjust the the billing and shipping address as the full addresses are not showing on the form. I need to add the words "5th Line Billing Address" and "5th Line Shipping Address to the mailing address and shipping addresses.
