Tried calling the help line as no one from MYOB is responding to the forum about MYOB being down "connection error" it goes through the process and then hangs up. I have look at another site and there was a large spike of MYOB issues around 4pm today. This is not okay. I have been getting error reports a couple of times a week for a month or so now. send reports of via email and never get a response. CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE YOU THERE at all.

Additionally, If you are getting different error messages please start a new post on the Community Forum with screenshots of the errors so we can take a look into this for you.

MYOB should be sending out notifications EMAILS ETC to its customers that the system is down. There are alot of people effected and external reporting companies are aware of the issue as they are reporting a complaint spike for MYOB. Can you please advise how long before it is fixed. Will subscription customers be getting a refund considering the system is clearly not working correctly. I have had several error messages for the last month or so. the company keeps increasing the subscription price but keep sending out updates with errors, so it never runs effeciently.
