Ive been waiting on MYOB 1300 555 117 Support for 40 mins now !!!!
MYOB Status Page just says "WARN" but no issues pending !!!
MYOB are not taking anymore calls. MYOB have put an alert out saying Account right has issues and they are working on the problem. i have 5 staff doing nothing right now very frustrating

Same issue here - just lodged a question on the community site also
one of our company is could not open in myob account right desktop application.
We can login with website access and login to another company with on errors.
please anyone could help?

Yep, everyone that uses Account Right is affected.
Everyone that user AccountRight online - offline works fine.

Spent 1/2 hours on the phone with MYOB. Said they were transferring me because they couldnt fix the problem and I was cut off. Still cant access my files and MYOB is not responding.

I am unable to Log-In MYOB file as I am preparing for Q2 BAS accounts which is very urgent.
We have 15 company files under same license. Only one file is not opening.
I tried following but still unable to Sign-In:
1. Restart Account Right Premier
2. Restart Computer
3. Restart Modem / Router
Can you please help us with this urgently?
