My Myob access to my invoices

I can access my.myob.com.au but when I use the option to access past invoices, it does not show this financial year (2023-2024)

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty in accessing your invoices. All your future invoices can now be accessed from MY Account, which can be processed using this link or from the company menu within MYOB Business. Click Bills and this will bring you up the details about the latest bill and the billing history of all previous invoices, paid and outstanding. We also recommend doing the basic trouble shooting like clearing the cache. Clearing them fixes certain problems like loading slowly and helps your computer or device run optimally.
