Rolling back a financial year

A client has rolled over their desktop version off AccountRight 1 year too many and can't locate the back up on their computer to restore it. How do we roll back a year?  What options do we have?

Hi there Diannew1,

 

There is no option to roll back the financial year once it has been rolled over. However, we can check if there is a backup file available that can be restored. To proceed with this, you'll need to contact our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support via MyAccount.
