The general ledger report doesn't show the budget details directly, but you can run the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (Budget Analysis) reports or hop onto the browser version and run the Budget Management report instead. For more info, check out this handy link.
Now, about fixing those undeposited funds entries – you'll need to review each transaction that's been incorrectly allocated. Then, you'll need to undo or reverse those incorrect transactions. Thank you, the reason I need to see the budget on each GL, is if the Teacher in charge needs to see her budget and what she has spent, while I can give her the print out of her area she cannot see her allocated budget and I keep getting asked.
In regards to the undeposited funds up until a couple of weeks ago I could entered payments made from winz and then put them in as a bulk amount and match to the bank feed. Now even with the box ticked to go to undeposited funds they don't and go directly into the bank account and I then have to open each one and change it back.
It is time wasted.
