Hi jyt,
If you're having trouble finding the details from 2015 and 2016 on your balance sheet, it could be that the data for those years isn't set to show in the report by default. You might need to adjust the date range in the report filter.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look on this.

Hi jyt
What version of MYOB were you using in 2015 and 2016 - see Help > About. The data may have been purged if you were using AccountRight v19 at the time. If this is the case you would need to restore a pre-purge backup of the file to see the transactions that make up the account balance.
