Recurring transactions not posting

I am using the DESKTOP version of AccountRight Standard (AU 2025.11.0, build 2025.11.1.9), and recurring transactions are not posting. If I use the recurring transaction template, and press record, it does not post. If I enter the transaction "from scratch", it does. I am guessing something has gone wrong with the recurring transaction process. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did you find a solution, without having to go back to the previous backup where the problem had not occurred yet.

    Hey LDC,

     

    You can continue creating the transactions without using the recurring option. It’s also a good idea to check your security policy, antivirus, and firewall settings to make sure nothing is blocking MYOB from posting recurring transactions. If the issue continues, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check and see what's happening behind the scenes.
