Hey LDC,
You can continue creating the transactions without using the recurring option. It’s also a good idea to check your security policy, antivirus, and firewall settings to make sure nothing is blocking MYOB from posting recurring transactions. If the issue continues, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check and see what's happening behind the scenes.
