Custom reports not showing

Hello,

 

Prior to the automatic upgrade to AccountRight 2022.10 staff members were able to access my custom report for printing the undeposited funds.

 

This was necessary so they could match the eftpos and cash takings with MYOB.

 

Since the upgrade they cannot see the report unless I give them access to the full banking reports which is obviously not acceptable.

 

Any ideas????

    In AccountRight 2022.10, there has been a change in the way that custom reports are handled, in that you do need to have access to the base report to be able to run the custom report. For example, if you wish to have access to a custom Job Activity [Detail] report, for instance, you do need to have Report>>Accounts access - which is where the base report is housed.

    Correct me if I am wrong.  MYOB is now requiring me to give my employees access to my entire banking just so they can balance the days undeposited funds?

     

    If so how do I roll back to the previous version as this upgrade was not offered as an option and that looks to me like a very large leap backwards.
