Single Touch Payroll Reporting not showing

Hi - The tax agent has set up single touch payroll reporting but after two payrolls were run by myself (administrator).  The agent ran a zero payroll to see that they could do single touch reporting and were successful. 

However, single touch reporting is not an option for me on the payrolls already run (i.e. when I go into the payruns, there are no options to send payroll information to the ATO).  Also when I go into single touch reporting menu button, it asks me to ""Get Started"" - that is there are no report options.  It looks like I need to register for single touch payroll myself. 

Is someone able to suggest what I should do?
