I started the STP reporting in MYOB, and now I am trying to file STP for FY 2024-25. But when I go to the STP reporting page, the payroll data is not reflected in STP reporting but is shown in the payroll register and payroll activity report. Then how am I able to file STP for FY 2024-25?

Totally get why that’s confusing, STP’s just a bit picky.
If you’ve only just set STP up, it’ll only list pay runs you lodge after it’s been turned on; it’s not retroactive. That said, each STP event sends the year-to-date (YTD) amounts, so once you lodge your first 2024–25 pay (or an update event), the ATO still gets the full YTD for the year.
I’d just double-check your Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports for 2024–25 and make sure they match. If those two line up, your YTD is fine, and there shouldn’t be any issues with what’s sent to the ATO.
