Thanks for sharing.
I tried running that report and filter the Sales Status to "Orders" only.
There is a list of the customers with outstanding orders showing a total of $30,063.30 of customer deposits received.
However, in the ledger account 2-1600 "Customer Deposits" it shows a different balance for the same period (ie at end of Feb 2025 the a/c balance is $63,233.43 which is different to the total showing on this Sales report.
I am expecting the 2 balances to agree, have I missed anything?

The only reason that I can think of is there may have been manual adjustments made to either the Sales Status report or the ledger accounts that have not yet been synced. It's better to consult with your accountant for an accurate answer.
