GL Transaction Report won't do multi year

I want to see if a GL code has any historic transactions, but when I attempt to run a transaction report for longer than 1 year MYOB crashes.   Is this normal? any suggestions to quickly scan back ...

Hi EDWARD2, 

 

If you are referring to the Account Transactions report, the software should be able to run the report for multiple years without any issues. I recommend creating a support ticket from the My Account window so this can be troubleshooted.
