From what I understand, you are seeking assistance with AccountRight confirmation. It's a must to confirm all AccountRight files regularly. You can find more details in the Help Article: Activating and Confirming Older MYOB Products. If you need a confirmation code to access your company file, you can generate one here. Just make sure you have your serial number (found in Setup > Company Information) and company file code handy.
