It can be done, however only with specialist software, which FGH Tables has access to.

I had a feeling that was the case.
I suppose the best way to check the company file size is to download a backup copy, correct? And then we should assume it's taking up about 30% more space online, correct?

Thanks gavin12345, for sharing insights on this issue. Regarding your concern on the company file size, yes, you make a backup of the online file and restore this to your local Library.
