If you encounter this error while attempting to run a report, I recommend restarting your MYOB software to refresh what's loading in the background. Meanwhile, if you're using the browser version, I would recommend the following steps:

• Clear your browser's cache and history.
• Try logging in from a different browser.

These steps can often resolve common browser-related issues. After that, proceed with redoing and running the report again.
