Hi
I requested support on the 28/05/2024 and was given a Ticket number. The last communication from MYOB in connection to this issue was the 6 June. I requested an update on the 9 July and am still waiting on a response. Pretty poor customer service MYOB.

I can't exactly tell you when it'll be sorted out, but I promise we're on it and we'll let you know as soon as we have any news.
