Multi Period Balance Sheet

Hi I am trying to run a Multi Period Balance Sheet report for July and AUgust 2020 .   Each time we run this reports we get a message saying there is no information to display??    Any idea why? ...

    Hi Kristyh1 

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    I would recommend running through the first half of Help Article: "No information to display" This contains the process for deleting the cache file. This cache file is used to store information for making reports and data easier to bring up. Deleting the cache file allows the company file to re-cache and therefore get a new cache file with new data from the file.
