Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, the only method available in MYOB is to utilize the "Insert/Modify—Show/Hide" option. I understand that this process can be time-consuming, especially when it needs to be done for each report.
Your idea of having an option in the setup where you can tick "always include account number" is a valuable suggestion that could improve the user experience.
