If you run the Card List [Detail] report, it will display the credit limit information as well as terms. You can customise this report to show desired fields only.
Alternatively, you can also use File > Import/Export Assistant, select customer cards and tick the desired export fields to export the information to a text file, which can be opened in Excel for further customisation.

Is there a way to run the card list detail report so that you don't have a separate page for each card? It would be SOOO much more useful to have this field as an option to add to the Receivables Summary report, or even as a column on the card list.

I'm afraid that the Card List [Detail] report does list only one employee per card, the report can be exported to Excel for further sorting. Or as previously mentioned, you can also use the Import & Export Assistant, select the desired fields only then export the cards.
Another great option will be exploring the available add-ons for AccountRight, some offer advanced reporting options which may suit your needs.
