Session Reports

Can someone please advise where I can locate a session report to show what users have logged in and what has been changed/deleted/entered etc. Problem All the opening balances have gone from my cli...

    Hi Misha70 

     

    For online server backup retrieval, we do require payment on a credit card for that fee.

     

    Depending on the file and when the backup was taken we would typically be able to provide a backup for around that timeframe. Would need that private message of the serial number and company file ID to confirm what options we do have for backups around that timeframe that we can provide.

Hi Steven

 

We rceivd the back up but that does not show the opening balances.

 

I have checked with the accountant and business owner and no one has created a new file - so it is strange that the opening balances have all of a sudden disappeared. 

As we dont know when this could of happen it will be hard to pin point a timeframe to try for another back up.

 

Do you have any other solutions on how to correct this?

Hi Misha70 

 

Opening Balances of accounts are normally entered via Setup>>Opening Balances>>Account Balances or through the Account Lists. There is no stored record in the company file when that task was actioned for a company file. The only way to view when that information was entered would be to restoring a backup(s) to determine when an account didn't have a balance and when it did have a balance.
