Taxable Payments Annual Report, Complete in desktop but blank in browser

Hi,

 

I have been able to successfully produce the Taxable Payments Annual Report in the desktop however, when I try in the web browser it is blank. 

 

Why would this be? Do I need to change settings somewhere?

    Hi mkapm

     

    I've tried to pull up the Taxable Payments Annual report in the web browser and it's working fine. If it's blank on your end, you can change the browser you're using or you can also clear your browser cache. Just let me know if you need further assistance with this.
