Hello trying to access TPAR Report -using reporting, TPAR that opens ok showing list of subcontractors all ok but when i click on the green create Taxable payments file nothing happens, is there a setting that i need to change or what please help rather important to resolve this also i have jsut called the support number but theres a 2 hour wait on the phone
Item Report Missing Custom Options
I am trying to run a report of our Items that shows both Custom List and Custom Field areas. There seems to be no option to do this in the Online version. When I run it from the Desktop version it adds Inactive Items even though they have been deselected and also skips hundreds of items. Can anybody help? Thanks
Transactions Report-General Journal Report
On the MYOB AccountRight desk top version, I can run the above report and get a list of journals with the entire journal being shown. On the Browser version, I can list the Journal entries by date selection, categories etc, but the entire journal is not shown. How can I get the same report from the desktop version?
Job Activity Reporting Issue
When running a job activity report the details of a purchase are not coming through in detail. The purchase has been entered with multiple line descriptions and different codes. In the report it is only summarising the lines into one line so we cannot see the details. How do we get the report to reflect the detail that has been entered on the purchase? MYOB used to do this as a defaultAccountright Premier Company Data Auditor
I have been using the software for many years, and I backup my data regularly without a problem. I have recently used the Company Data Auditor, which, when the printed record is in view mode, shows that the last backup was on 30 June 2020. I don't understand why it does not show the date that it was last backed up which was today 29 July 2025. Also I note that the last Payroll Tax Table Date was July 2019. (I don't use Payroll at all, so I have never added /amended the data, which is probably why). However, I am concerned about why the Backup date is incorrect.) Any Thoughts please. Thank you. GST 101 report generated in MYOB right
Hi There I have a question about the GST report payment. I submitted the GST reports to IRD on 9/4/24, then rechecked this report on 31/5/24, however, I found the GST payment amount had changed. However, our GST basis is Payment (cash), and I already bank reconciled before I submitted the GST report, furthermore, I found there is showing new invoice on the GST report that I added these invoices recently, but we did not make payment yet, please give me some advice on it, thanks
