Unable to export report

Hi, when I attempt to export the report to a excel format, this error alert pop out:

    Hi Shane404,

     

    If you encounter this error, it might be because AccountRight can't find the template needed for the report. To fix this, try reinstalling the AccountRight software. Make sure to disable your antivirus and run the installer as an administrator. For more details, you can check out this thread.
